IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CONSUMER LOAN HOLDERS

In order to comply with the Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility and Disclosures Act of 2009 (CARD Act), East Idaho Credit Union must modify due dates on all consumer loans held by the Credit Union, with the exception of first and second mortgages and loans obtained directly through an auto or RV dealer, to allow 21 days notice prior to payment due.  East Idaho Credit Union will modify all payment due dates to the 28^th of each month to coordinate with its statement mailing cycle.  This change will go into effect September 28, 2009.
