If you see a new home in your future, East Idaho is the place for your home financing needs.  Thirty-year 1st mortgages and fifteen-year 2nd mortgages are available.  All fifteen-year mortgage loans have fixed rates and are fully supported and maintained by East Idaho Credit Union throughout the life of the loan.  Thirty-year mortgage loans may be brokered by an outside lender. Refinancing is also available.
